On the banks of the Manyavka River there is one of the largest spiritual centers on the west of Ukraine, "Ukrainian Athos" - Maniava monastery or "Skyt". The Manyava Hermitage Historical and Architectural Reserve was founded as a monastery in a picturesque corner of the Carpathians by Iov Knyagynetsky, a monk from Mount Athos, in 1606. In times of the heyday of the monastery, more than 556 monasteries of Eastern Europe were subordinated to it. Now here is the Manyavsky Cross-Exaltation Monastery of the UOC-KP. Believers can pray in many temples, as well as visit the Blessed Stone, a healing spring nearby which water has properties such as the waters of Lourdes.

Not far from the monastery there is a Manyavsky waterfall, which is one of the most beautiful and highest in the Ukrainian Carpathians. It cuts through hard Gorgan rocks, and the water falls from a height of about 20 meters.

The famous town of saltworks in the past, now invites you to the local museum, which is located in the most elegant villa of Dekyatyn: here is a wonderful exhibition of Hutsul antiquities, especially embroidery and wood carving. In the museum we learn about the famous local singer Mark Cheremshind, as it was the place where he worked in a law firm. But espesially impressive is the room of extremely talented artist Joseph Vaskiv whose paintings are marked by high technique and culture of execution. The local Hutsuls called him "Gandhi" for his worldview and way of life.

Climatic resort located on the slopes of Svydovets, one of the highest Carpathian ridges at an altitude of 1300-1700 m. With the help of a chairlift you can climb Mount Stig (1707m), which offers some of the most beautiful panoramas in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The glacial lake Gerashaska (Dogyaska), which is located in a bowl among the mountain peaks at an altitude of 1577 meters and is one of the most picturesque lakes in Ukraine, is especially fascinating with its beauty.

Right in the heart of the Ukrainian Carpathians there is a unique Hutsul mountain valley "Pertsi", where on 15 hectares is the so-called "Hutsul Disneyland": here you can walk the trails and breathe the fresh Carpathian air, bathe in the hot tubes, visit the molfar, learn more about the Ukrainian insurgents in "Kryivka", check in the photo areas, buy bags full of souvenirs and eco-products at "Wurdamarket ”. Hundred-year-old Hutsul houses with antiques are waiting for tourists, where masters provide master-classes in pottery, blacksmithing, carpet weaving, bead working, dolls making, carving and even the world's first haymaking master-class. Everyone here has the opportunity to see how real carpathian cheese is made, taste authentic Hutsul dishes on the fire, listen to the musicians in "Hatula Folk" , dress like a real Hutsul in "FashionHut".

Art-village "Polonyna Pertsi" is located at an altitude of over 1000 meters, between the Chornohirskyi and Gorgan ridges, so you can see the highest peak of the Carpathians: Hoverla, Petros, rocky Khomiak and Syniak, Svydovets ridge with the famous Blyznytsia summits.
