The ancient Galician city in which, in the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin (1728), are the relics of St. Valentine (the same Valentine, the patron Saint of lovers), and the miraculous icon of the Virgin of Sambir. It is believed that those who will pray at the holy relics of St. Valentine during the year, will find true and pure love. Tourists are also attracted by the 40m tower of the town hall (1638) and the majestic iconography of the Church of John the Baptist (1565). In the museum “Boykivshchyna”, you can also learn about the life and customs of boykiv, a proud mountain ethnic group of the Ukrainian Carpathians. Meanwhile, the hospitable “Bilak” invites you to the zoo with 20 animals (lions, bears, wolves, deers, ostriches, buffalos, various species of birds …).
