The pearl of baroque architecture of the 18th century - St. George's Cathedral is waiting for you. This temple combined the best achievements of contemporary architecture of the West and East of Europe, as it was built as the main temple of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.
We will visit the interiors of St. George's Cathedral and visit the crypt of the temple where Andrey Sheptytsky, Joseph Slipy and other pastors of the Greek Catholic Church are buried. We will also see outside the Metropolitan Chambers, the Chapter House and the bell tower, which houses the oldest bell in Ukraine. We take a walk through the terrace with two-story stairs, which offers a magnificent view of the central part of Lviv.
