Vidviday is a local travel agency based in Lviv, Ukraine

During 12 years of experience, we have arranged 5,700 tours for 201,000 tourists

1. Are tours held after the introduction of new rules of passenger traffic, which come into force on 21.10.2021?

Yes, all trips are currently available and will take place according to schedule.

2. What do I need to have with me on the tour?

a) If you are travelling within regions with a ‘yellow’ level of epidemic danger, you need one of the following documents:

- A document confirming receipt of a full course of vaccination or a document confirming receipt of a single dose of a two-dose vaccine.

- International, domestic or foreign certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with one dose of single-dose vaccine or two doses of two-dose vaccine (it may also be an electronic certificate in Ukrainian ‘Diia’ app).

- Negative test result for COVID-19 via PCR or express test for coronavirus antigen SARS-CoV-2, which is valid for 72 hours.

b) If you are exiting from or traveling to a region with a ‘red’ epidemic level, you will need one of the following documents:

- Document confirming receipt of the full course of vaccination.

- International, domestic or foreign certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with two doses of two-dose vaccine  (it may also be an electronic certificate in Ukrainian ‘Diia’ app).

- Negative test result for COVID-19 via PCR or express test for coronavirus antigen SARS-CoV-2, which is valid for 72 hours.

The new transportation rules apply to adults: citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, and stateless persons.

These restrictions do not apply to vaccinated people and persons under 18 years of age.

Also, these changes apply only to interregional transportation, so the conditions of participation in bus tours within the Lviv region will remain unchanged.

3. I booked a tour and paid for it, but I haven't been vaccinated and I don't want to do a PCR test or an express test. What happens in this case?

In this case, we can give you a full refund or keep the money in reserve for future trips.

4. Is it possible to do an express test at the place of departure before the tour?

We recommend doing the test 1 day before departure. If you do not have such an opportunity, the express test can be done at the place of departure 1 hour (!) before the tour. The cost of the test is UAH 495 / person.

5. If not I am not vaccinated, can I travel with a PCR test?

Yes, you can with the test which is valid for 72 hours.

6. Do we follow quarantine restrictions during our tours?

Yes, our tours are in compliance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health on the restrictions due to coronavirus (COVID-19):

- we ask all travellers to have personal protective equipment (mask and sanitizer);
- when tourists get on the bus, their body temperature is measured;
- vehicles are wet cleaned with detergents and disinfectants before each trip;
- when visiting tourist sites, we recommend that you keep a safe distance from other people.
